Don't you hate it when. . .

. . . you spend too many hours playing a video game, are near the end and have won all the mini games and picked up all the extras to that point . . .

. . . and the damn memory card gets corrupted, so therefore you lose ALL your saved games for every game you have?

AAAARRRGGGH.

(PS2, Spyro a Hero's Tail, for those of you who are curious. I like Spyro. But this is the third time it's managed to corrupt the memory card, and it seems to happen when I turn off the console without officially quitting the game.)

In other news, the critical paper is making progress. I need to re-read one of the books I'm using for it though, because it didn't stick well enough in my head to be able to spit out the stuff I need to use in the paper.

But I think it's time to go back to the deer story for a while . . . I can only stand reading my formal writing for so long . . .
