I did go to the zoo too, but I'll post those tomorrow. For now, have some pretty ocean pics.

Foamy water. Can you see how sparkly the sand is? There's mica in it.
Seagull on rocks, smaller birds flying at right.
My feet, and an effort to show you just how many shells show up on that beach. This is low tide, so they're easier to spot, but there's a ton caught in the rocks.
And of course, if you look hard in the rocks, you can find little guys like this:
Little flying birds. Dunno what they are, but there was a little flock of them running around.
