Good day. Finally managed to catch up with my friend stardust1110 who was here for the past few days on a business trip and I took her to my #1 tourist spot--the beach behind the Hotel Del on Coronado island. The difference? It was dark this time, but we managed to find some shells anyway. Went to dinner at a pub called McP's, then--silly girl--she just HAD to see the football stadium. So I drove her past the stadium, then stopped by my house so she could meet the kitties. Fun night.

Got a bit of writing done. Took the lizard story apart. Rather, separated the two time lines so I could work on them chronologically before I put them back in alternating chapters. It seems to work. I think. It'll be done soon; I'm sort of figuring out more personality quirks that'll make the climax (I mean that in the literary sense as well as the mind-in-the-gutter sense) more worth getting to.

And I finally got all my tax forms so I can do my taxes now. Yaaaaay! I want my money.

Of course I had to see Qualcomm--I am a football nut, after all. ;-)

I'm still finding little pieces of sand in my phone, too.
