Beach day!

It's a day early, but since I have to work tomorrow, I made my annual birthday pilgrimage over to Coronado Island today. That was after dropping off apartment paperwork . . . and the lady said she'd let me know by the end of the day, and I haven't heard anything yet. :>( So, hopefully tomorrow. I'm just hoping there was a delay and it's not bad news.

Writing, is, um, well, not going real well. Still stuck, and I keep finding myself distractions rather than actually getting something done. I still have one crit partner crit to do, and it's the hardest one 'cause I don't know what to say to be helpful.

Anyway. More pics! It was actually rather chilly out there today so I didn't stay very long.

And this one's my favorite, except for the darn boot prints in the sand. If I would've noticed them earlier I would've wiped them away. I liked the contrast between that hunk of wood and all the rocks.
